Individual Therapy
There are certain situations in life where we feel the need to talk to someone, consult and get help. This help can include making certain decisions in life, treating anxiety, treating depression, dealing with loss, dealing with trauma, relationship difficulties, feeling frustrated, nervous and more.
The course of treatment
My method of treatment comes mainly from the world of trilotherapy and also includes the world of neo-humanology, inner engineering and lessons from the Tibetan Buddhism. The number of sessions is not predefined nor is the order of the sessions. Each patient is special and so is the treatment with him.
Each session begins with the question – How did last week go? From there, the course of the meeting is determined and the topics we will focus on. The treatment itself consists of open conversations between me and the patient, lessons from the world of trilotherapy, emotion exercises and meditations.
During the individual treatment we will deeply understand the inner relationship of the three characters that are within us. The head, the emotion and the middle. When we recognize the separation between the three characters then the process towards happiness will begin.
I believe that nothing is worth the paper on which it is written on if it does not constitute a change in our lives. Make a decision to start a journey towards a more peaceful and happy life, of a deeper understanding of yourself and the people around you. The first step you must take yourself and the rest of the journey we will walk together.
