Throughout a relationship and life together there are a number of things that couples have to deal with. fighting, disagreements over parenting style, power games, gaps in sexual needs, communication problems, breach of trust and more. Couples therapy can help solve these problems. Help couples cope in times of crisis. Therapy is a journey in which the couple learns to create an honest dialogue that allows them to form a deeper bond.
The course of treatment
The method of treatment comes mainly from the world of trilotherapy. In addition, it also incorporates the world of neo-humanology, interior engineering and lessons from the Tibetan Buddhism. The number of sessions is not predetermined and depends on each couple individually and the crises they have to deal with.
Each session begins with the question – How did last week go? And from there, the course of the meeting and the topics we will focus on are determined. The treatment itself consists of open conversations between me and the couple and conversations between the two spouses with each other. Lessons in the world of trilotherapy, emotion exercises and meditations.
In trilotherapy we learn that everyone lives with three characters within him. The head, the emotion and the middle. In couple therapy when one understands this about himself, we can look at our relationship as a relationship consisting of six figures. From this understanding we can begin to have a proper dialogue between them and understand our spouse more deeply.
